With over 26 years of culinary experience and broad knowledge on meat, seafood and beyond, Chef Ivan Chan joined Prohibition Grill House & Cocktail Bar housed in Autumn 2020, bringing a simple, elegant and carefully executed menu to the American style steakhouse in Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel.
